Bob Flauto, SBA Portfolio Manager
Bob Flauto joined Growth Capital in 2025 as the SBA Portfolio Manager. Prior to his role here, Bob worked in the Economic Development Department at Cuyahoga County for over 17 years, providing underwriting for direct loans, management of loan programs as well as portfolio management duties. Bob has worked with countless small businesses and financially complex economic development projects. Preceding his work at Cuyahoga County, Bob worked in the real estate field and held positions as a business analyst.
